Helen S. Barold, MD, MPH, FACC, FHRS

Board Certified Cardiologist and Cardiac Electrophysiologist

Dr. Barold started this practice to bring a more personalized approach to cardiac care. She believes strongly in promoting prevention and healthy life styles. She will work closely with you to create a cardiac plan for you.

Dr. Barold is on staff at Sibley and Suburban Hospitals. The office services include Stress Tests, Echocardiograms, Holter and Event Recordings.

Rebecca J. Scritchfield, MA, RD, LD, ACSM

Registered Dietitian and Health Fitness Specialist

Rebecca is a registered dietitian, licensed to provide medical nutrition therapy in the District of Columbia. She also hols a certificate in adult weight management from the American Dietetic Association and is an American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) certified Health Fitness Specialist.

Rebecca has worked in clinical and community nutrition settings including: Inova Fairfax Hospital and the Inova Heart and Vascular Institute, Inova Fair Oaks Hospital,a Bariatric Surgery "Center of Excellence",D.C. Department of Health "Eat Smart, Move More" nutrition education program.

Rebecca will provide medical nutrition therapy services targeting cardiovascular nutrition and weight management services for safe and effective weight loss.
